  • What is included in your Postage and Handling and how much is it?
    All our Postage and Handling costs are fixed and are specified in the listing.
  • When do you post items?
    We post every weekday to ensure speedy delivery. If an item is not in stock or there is a problem we will notify you.

  • Can I combine my items to save postage costs?
    Yes, please wait until you have won all items (Do not checkout and make payments individually). We offer a discount on the shipping of each additional item paid for at the same time via our online secure Checkout. Please refer back to the listing for the shipping rates for particular items. Items must be purchased under the same User ID to take advantage of the shipping discount.

  • I’ve paid but have not heard back from you?
    This could be due to several reasons. Please check that all the payment instructions have been followed correctly. Some methods of payment require identification information to be emailed or attached. It is important that we can identify your payment when it is received. If you have any concerns please email us straight away. We always acknowledge receipt of payment and when the items are dispatched. However if you use hotmail, AOL or a junk mail filter the emails are generally rejected by the servers or filter.

  • Have you left me feedback?
    If you have enjoyed purchasing with us, please leave a positive feedback. When you have done so, we will automatically leave you positive feedback. We use the automated feedback system in eBay as it is impossible for us to leave individual feedback. If you feel that we have not met your requirements, please e-mail us so we can try to solve any issues you may have. We look upon feedback very seriously as it is a representation of the service we provide to you our customers. We endeavor to make your buying experience with us as enjoyable and hassle free as possible, however please keep in mind we are only human and sometimes do make mistakes.   • Are your products covered by warranty?
    We only deal with quality vendors and we aim to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with vendor backed warranty support. Warranty is valid within Australia only.

  • Who should I contact for a warranty claim?
    You contact us directly for a warranty claim and we will liase on your behalf with the supplier. Please be aware if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repairer you will void any manufactures warranty.

  • Is the warranty transferable?
    No, if warranty is offered this is non transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.

  • What is your Returns Policy?
    We will replace most items if they are found to be broken or have a manufacturer's fault within 14 days from the date of dispatch. You are also entitled to receive a refund if the item is significantly different than the description, or broken. Warranty items must be returned back to us within 7 days in it's original state.

  • What is your Returns Policy after 14 days?
    If an item needs to be returned after the 14 day period return postage will be at the buyer's expense.

  • What is your Refunds Policy?
    If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued by direct deposit. No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds are offered after 14 days.

  • What if I want a different size / colour / model?
    There is no problem with swopping an item for a different colour, size or model as long as you pay the postage, the item is in it's original state and you return the item within 7 days of receipt.


  • Is warranty extended if an item is replaced ?
    The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.

  • How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
